Design Mythology
The Kraken is the feared creature of the deep, infamous for its insatiable hunger for ships encroaching on its territory. That is the Hollywood interpretation that keeps us on the edge of our seats.
When in actual fact, in Norse folklore it is very different. Fishermen relied on the Kraken's bubble-trail to guide them to fish. Not adversaries — rather unlikely partners from different worlds working together.
That is the spirit we build into every hanger.
